My home office is located in the East Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia-near Mt. Pleasant and Stenton Avenue.
Ongoing grief therapy groups are limited to 6-8 participants. This intimate group size allows members to have individual concerns addressed while receiving support from others who understand more than anyone else what you are going through.
We know that grief is an inevitable response to the death of a loved one, but there are many reasons we experience grief. It is an inevitable response to our perception of having lost anything or anyone for any reason that provided meaning in our lives. In fact, some individuals experience a more complicated grief process after the end of an intimate relationship than after the death of a loved one.
I offer individual psychotherapy for those dealing with grief after the death of a loved one or the breakup of an intimate relationship.
Grief that continues without resolution or therapeutic intervention when needed increase the likelihood of depression and anxiety disorders. I am able to work with you to alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety or any other related conditions as well as assist you in moving through your grief process and finding new meaning in your living no matter where you are in your journey.
Afternoon and evening appointments available Monday-Wednesday.
